Job summary

Turner & Townsend in The Hague is seeking a Project Manager for Smallworks, MAC & Space Planning. You will coordinate workplace transformations for a leading corporate client, managing small refurbishment through to large relocations.

You will act as primary client contact, ensure delivery on time, budget and sustainability commitments, and collaborate with client teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience in a corporate facilities environment.
• Proven track record delivering smallworks, refurbishment or office fit‑out projects.
• Experience with MAC processes (moves, relocations, decommissioning) is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and contract administration.
• Commitment to sustainability and circular economy; Net Zero objectives.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020+ and/or space planning or CAFM/IWMS software.
• HBO or WO degree in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate or Facility Management.
• PRINCE2, PMI or PMP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate minor refurbishment and interior fit‑out projects.
• Manage scope, programme, budget and quality for smallworks.
• Oversee contractors and on‑site delivery with QHSE compliance.
• Lead MAC projects end‑to‑end including relocations and decommissioning.
• Serve as primary client‑facing contact throughout the project cycle.
• Prepare quotations, scopes of work and variations.
• Maintain project reports and lessons learned documentation.
