Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic program and ensure its achievement by anticipating and resolving project issues to maintain construction progress on site.
• Address complex issues and navigate governance and political relationships to resolve obstacles.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring the project budget to ensure compliance.
• Establish and lead the project team, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Design and maintain the project organization/structure.
• Arrange legal contracts, potentially with the client's legal team.
• Offer strategic advice to the client as needed.
• Organize and oversee tender processes.
• Attend meetings as the client's representative and record minutes.
• Negotiate with external parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage the risk register.
• Supervise project actions and deadlines, motivate the team.
• Understand stakeholders and involve them as necessary.
• Provide weekly progress reports and participate in strategic meetings.
• Handle financial tasks such as proposals, contract awards, change orders, and invoices.
