Job summary

ICE Clear Netherlands is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure the clearing house complies with regulatory requirements. You will support the Chief Compliance Officer in designing and executing a risk-based Compliance Programme, identifying relevant regulations, maintaining policies, and monitoring controls to prevent gaps in compliance.

The candidate will have excellent knowledge of financial regulations and corporate governance and will work with diligence to support ICE’s objectives and core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, law, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of regulatory, compliance risk management and monitoring experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulation and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills and ability to work across all levels of the ICE Group.

Responsibilities

• Participate in enhancement of the annual Compliance Programme and Monitoring Programme.
• Evaluate control efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Assess potential compliance risks for new business and projects.
• Develop understanding of clearing and trading operations.
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties for the Board and committees.
• Report to senior management and regulators as required.
• Support onboarding, monitoring and investigations within the Rules Framework.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and draft policies.
• Perform additional regulatory and project-management tasks.
