Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Compliance Conduct & Whistleblower Professional in the Netherlands to help shape conduct risk management and strengthen the speak-up culture. You will translate insights from data, incidents and whistleblower reports into actionable improvements and policy frameworks.

You will work with Compliance, Risk, Legal and HR to apply behavioural science and data responsibly, exploring AI-enabled approaches to increase impact across NN.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree or equivalent level of thinking and working with approximately 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse conduct risks and identify underlying behavioural, cultural and environmental factors.
• Assess root causes of incidents and risks using conduct drivers and soft controls.
• Translate insights from reports and investigations into interventions and improvements.
• Convert regulatory developments into policies, standards and guidelines on conduct and whistleblowing.
• Strengthen integrity and speak-up culture through training, communications and awareness initiatives.
• Support whistleblower cases and advise stakeholders on conduct, culture and integrity.
• Contribute to conduct-risk monitoring and reporting using data, technology and AI.
