Job summary

NN in Rotterdam is seeking a Compliance Conduct & Whistleblower Professional who works at the intersection of compliance, conduct and culture. You will analyze conduct risks, translate insights into practical improvements, and help shape NN's approach to risk management in a hybrid work environment.

Collaborate with business, risk, legal and HR; use data and regulatory knowledge to strengthen integrity and the speak-up environment, while supporting whistleblower cases and training.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and approximately 5 years of compliance/conduct experience.
• Experience implementing conduct drivers, soft controls, and policy development.
• Experience translating laws into practical policies and training programs.
• Knowledge of whistleblower processes and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conduct risks and identify underlying behavioural, cultural and environmental factors.
• Assess root causes of incidents using conduct drivers and soft controls.
• Translate insights into interventions and improvement actions.
• Develop policies, standards and guidelines related to conduct and whistleblowing.
• Strengthen speak-up culture through training, communications and awareness.
• Support whistleblower cases and advise stakeholders on developments.
