Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Commerce Specialist to drive flawless execution, optimization, and scaling of complex commerce campaigns across Amazon and RMNs, working with the Commerce Lead. You will mentor junior specialists and act as the escalation point for advanced campaign challenges.

Based in the Netherlands or Germany, you will own hands-on delivery, optimize listing performance, and extend strategies to Zalando, Bol.com, and Takealot while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital commerce and retail media operations.
• Deep, practitioner-level expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon DSP.
• Advanced proficiency in campaign automation, bid management platforms, and data feed management.
• Strong analytical rigor, capable of translating raw platform data into actionable optimizations.
• Proven ability to operate as a high-level individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own high-tier, complex Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads campaigns with automation to defend client margins and drive revenue.
• Act as the operational right-hand to the Commerce Lead, translating strategy into granular campaign structures, feed rules and bidding models.
• Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex campaign challenges and performance issues.
• Execute PO management, dispute chargebacks, and optimize A+ Content and Brand Stores for better search visibility and conversions.
• Configure and optimize campaigns across regional marketplaces (Zalando, Bol.com, Takealot) using unified data approaches.
• Mentor Medior and Junior specialists, building playbooks and sharing best practices.
