You will translate business and regulatory needs into target-state architecture and roadmaps, aligning with risk, core banking, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading architecture for cloud-native transformation initiatives and banking platforms.
• Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into target-state architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of strategic technology solutions within the Collections and Distressed Client Management domain.
• Act as architecture lead for collections initiatives and drive architecture governance.
• Define integration strategies across core banking, risk, and CRM systems.
• Produce architecture roadmaps, artifacts and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads on architectural best practices.
