Job summary

Chubb Life Fund seeks a Client Relationship Manager & Captive Solutions Manager for the Benelux region. The role covers client relationship management for the Netherlands and captive solutions for Benelux, reporting to the Head of Major Accounts in the Netherlands with a dotted line to the Multinational Segment Leader in Paris.

• Experience in client relationship management within large accounts and broker networks.
• Ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ensure captive programs and services are communicated and coordinated among underwriting, sales, brokers, clients, legal, and service teams.
• Lead renewal underwriting processes with expertise to deliver on promises to end clients.
• Engage with target broker populations and clients through master classes and meetings.
