Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a seasoned Product Architect with deep Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops expertise to design, administer, and optimize enterprise Citrix environments. The role focuses on Windows Server ecosystems, VMware and Azure virtualization, and delivering scalable, high-performance VDI solutions onsite in Eindhoven.

You will lead with hands-on administration, troubleshoot complex cross-layer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, stable delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Expertise in Windows Server ecosystems and virtualization (VMware/Azure).
• Ability to architect, administer, and optimize enterprise Citrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
• Manage Windows Server, AD, GPO and PowerShell automation.
• Work with VMware and Azure for VDI provisioning and support.
• Administer Profile Management tools (Citrix Profile Management, FSLogix).
• Use Citrix Director, Citrix DaaS, Splunk, UberAgent for performance insight.
• Apply updates, patches, and security across Citrix components.
• Implement App Layering and publish apps using layering tech.
• Deploy VDIs with MCS and other provisioning methods.
• Troubleshoot complex Citrix/Windows/virtualization issues; document clearly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders onsite in Eindhoven.
