Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead the change portfolio and strategy for a company-wide Traveler Privacy Program (TPP). The role balances strategic leadership with detailed execution to translate privacy, data, and technology initiatives into clear change plans, actions, and adoption metrics.

You will work with senior stakeholders to establish governance, define adoption outcomes, and drive momentum across enterprise-wide data governance and privacy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior change leader with experience in large-scale privacy or data-driven programs.
• Ability to translate complex privacy/data initiatives into actionable change plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

• Portfolio and roadmap leadership: design and own end-to-end change and communications roadmap.
• Governance and stakeholder engagement: establish governance and act as trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
