Dutch Heavy Lift Consultants (DHLC) in the Netherlands is seeking a (senior) CAD Design Engineer to design heavy lift equipment for Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas sectors. You will develop technical designs and deliver production drawings in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You bring at least 5 years of structural/equipment design experience, proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, and excellent English.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in structural design or equipment design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and/or Autodesk AutoCAD (Mechanical).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• EU citizenship is required for this position.

Job Description

As a (senior) CAD Design Engineer you will be designing (heavy lift) equipment for the Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas industry. Together with the engineering you will be responsible for the design of the (heavy lift) equipment.

Your tasks will consist of:

• Creating technical designs for various (heavy lift) equipment
• Delivering detailed production and fabrication drawings
• Collaborating closely with a team of engineers
• Possibity of seeing your designs materialize at our in-house fabrication facility.

About You

You are a passionate engineer who thrives on conceptualizing and designing innovative (heavy) steel lifting structures, combining strong technical expertise with a creative and practical approach to engineering challenges.

You possess:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience (structural design, equipment design)
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and or Autodesk AutoCAD (Mechanical)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• EU citizenship is required for this position
