You will leverage data to forecast, negotiate terms, and optimise profitability while leading a cross-functional team.

With 4+ years in buying or category management in retail, you will shape supplier agreements, identify commercial opportunities, and deliver pragmatic category improvements that boost availability

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent.
• 4+ years as a Buyer or Category Manager in retail, wholesale, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute negotiation strategies to secure strong terms with suppliers.
• Lead supplier relationships, contracts, and resolve operational challenges.
• Build and deepen category knowledge using data, insights and market understanding.
• Spot commercial opportunities and drive category improvements to profitability.
