Top Aces in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead procurement and supplier management for maintenance and flight operations across Europe. You will manage full Purchase-to-Pay cycles, source new suppliers, and drive cost improvements while aligning with aerospace standards and EU regulations.

The role requires 6+ years in procurement, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Power Platform.

Competenze

• 6+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or repair/MRO management.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
• Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Advanced MS Office and Power Platform skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Provide purchasing support to EU hub operations and bases.
• Monitor and manage repair cycles with partnering MROs.
• Ensure full Purchase-to-Pay cycle for assigned duties.
• Maintain supplier performance and adherence to standards.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.
• Handle payments, warranties, and quality issues for EU vendors.
• Lead process optimization projects and report to supervisor.
• Travel to bases across Europe as required to act as on-site rep.
