Qualifications

- Experience in labour productivity, digital transformation, organisational transformation, or innovation adoption.
- Established network within one focus market: construction, industry, or regional innovation ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Identify market developments and opportunities, translating them into strategic collaborations and projects.
- Build strategic relationships with technology companies, industry associations, and public-sector partners.
- Initiate public-private partnerships, funded programmes, and commercial projects.
- Develop business models and valorisation strategies for TNO knowledge, tools, and technologies.
