ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Senior Business Developer to design and optimize client monitoring solutions for the business client portfolio. You will set priorities, formulate strategic solutions and collaborate with IT, data analytics, and Compliance to deliver innovative and effective financial crime detection and prevention solutions.

The role requires strong communication, a structured approach, and the ability to align efforts across departments in a dynamic bank environment.

Formación

At least 3 years of experience delivering solutions for countering financial crime (economic crime).
Track record of delivering high-value solutions in a timely manner.
Experience with automation and enablement of IT solutions across IT, business and risk.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire and motivate others.
Analytical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset.
Based in The Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

Act as subject matter expert for client monitoring and provide hands-on advice and delivery expertise.
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (IT, Business, data analytics, Compliance).
Empower cross-functional colleagues to innovate and improve processes against emerging risks.
Communicate clearly on solution designs, roles and responsibilities in delivery.
Monitor delivery timelines and propose resolutions to impediments and delays.
