As Senior Business Controller, you will join a small, highly skilled control team that connects strategy, financial performance and operational execution across Broadview's international portfolio.

From day one, you will partner with CFOs of operating companies, coordinate monthly reporting, forecasts and annual budgets, and deliver

Formación

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Business Control, FP&A, Transaction Services, Performance Management or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Affinity with manufacturing, industrial or commercial businesses.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Business partner for multiple international operating companies and their local CFOs.
• Coordinate the monthly reporting cycle, quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting process.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
• Challenge management teams through data‑driven analyses and strategic financial insights.
• Support investment decisions, business cases and capital allocation across the portfolio.
• Contribute to M&A activities, due diligence processes and post‑merger integration projects.
• Perform cross‑company benchmarking and identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across the international organisation through frequent on‑site collaboration with operating companies.
