Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Enterprise Repository in Utrecht (hybrid) to translate business and regulatory needs into scalable data products. You will guide DevOps delivery with stakeholders, architects and engineers to ensure compliant, well-governed data solutions that can be reused across the bank.

You will collaborate across product owners, data stewards and domain experts, shaping governance, taxonomy and data quality standards while aligning with architecture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst or similar
• Experience in complex enterprise environments
• Strong workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent communication in English
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and influence decision-making
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Translate the Enterprise Repository vision and business/regulatory requirements into requirements and use cases
• Support integration of domain models, canonical data models, metadata, taxonomies and relationships in the repository
• Contribute to design and realisation of repository capabilities providing insight into processes, applications, assets, controls, risks and dependencies
• Perform impact analysis and implement taxonomies (e.g. IT and Business Process Taxonomy)
• Investigate data quality and provide guidance on impact and implementation
• Ensure repository compliance with requirements for data quality, security, privacy, lineage, ownership, access, retention and auditability
• Contribute to implementation and rollout approach of the Enterprise Repository
• Work with data owners, data stewards and product owners to establish accountability, service levels and measurable quality criteria
• Support impact analysis, dependency management, scenario modelling and “what-if” analysis by ensuring consistent data and relationship modelling
