Job summary

Rabobank in Utrecht seeks a Sr Business Analyst for the Enterprise Repository. You will translate business and regulatory needs into scalable data products, govern data structures, and guide cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and Data Engineers.

The role combines business insight with hands-on delivery in a DevOps context. You will work with stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment on data standards, architecture principles, and approved tools, enabling

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Business/Information/Process Analyst or similar.
Experience in complex enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management in business and tech domains.
Excellent workshop facilitation and communication in English.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise vision and regulatory requirements into specifications and use cases.
Support integration of domain models, canonical data models, metadata, taxonomies.
Contribute to design and realization of the Enterprise Repository for insight into processes and assets.
Perform impact analysis and implement taxonomy and data quality guidance.
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, lineage and auditability meet bank standards.
Collaborate with data owners, stewards and product owners to define accountability and service levels.
Support impact analysis, dependency management and scenario modeling; lead with DevOps teams.
