Job summary

Dyson Netherlands seeks an experienced Business Analyst to plan, interview stakeholders, and document requirements for IT services and systems supporting global processes. You will translate complex problems into Epics, user stories, and non-functional specs, and develop process models that guide development and testing.

You will also train users, create training materials, and provide post-go-live support while driving continuous improvement within scrum teams and across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience planning analysis, requirements gathering, and process analysis
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with commitment to high-quality work
• Willingness to deliver under pressure
• Nice to have: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, SAP Hybris, CBAP or IIBA Level 3

Responsibilities

• Plan, approach, and deliver business analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements
• Break down problems into Epics, User Stories, and non-functional specs
• Develop process maps and business models
• Support development, testing, and business change throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and assess project delivery against requirements
• Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders
• Assist in preparing business cases
• Develop training materials and user guides
• Conduct training sessions and post-go-live support
• Drive continuous improvement in scrum or project teams
• Balance workload and escalate conflicts as needed
• Contribute to risk management and mitigation
• Support junior BAs on projects
• Ensure output quality and consistency across the team
• Collaborate with team leads to prioritise workload
• Mentor interns, graduates, and associates
