Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Significant experience within medical devices.
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial roles.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience working successfully in complex international matrix organisations.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional brand strategy for Mako EMEA to drive adoption and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership and local teams to keep Mako central to the Joint Replacement growth strategy.
• Develop and implement long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy and integrate into annual plans across Knee and Hip portfolios.
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Partner with US marketing teams to align global and regional priorities.
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams and commercial leaders.
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programs that can be localized across Europe.
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Analyze market performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members.
