Job summary

Stryker NL is seeking a talented sales leader to drive the Joint Replacement business across the Netherlands. You will lead a team of about eight direct reports, coaching them to achieve their full potential while expanding our portfolio and customer base.

Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Director of Joint Replacement Northern Europe, you will manage revenue, budgets, and forecasting, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, pricing, and customer service to ensure best-in-class service

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in sales/marketing in MedTech/Biotech/Pharma.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of ~8 direct reports, coaching them to reach full potential.
• Drive Joint Replacement sales, align with annual marketing plan and budgets.
• Build relationships with key customers, decision-makers and KOLs.
• Forecast accurately and manage revenue pipeline; monitor equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with Marketing and enabling functions to accelerate business growth.
