Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment represents a media client in Hilversum, seeking a Medior/Senior Backend Developer. You will design, build, and maintain backend services powering multimedia features across high-traffic platforms, using Node.js, TypeScript, and a fully Serverless AWS stack.

You will join the Backend Services team, own critical components, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to push product and platform improvements in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployments (GitLab is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and comfortable sharing opinions in technical discussions.
