Job summary

DPS Group Global in Noord-Brabant, Netherlands, seeks an Automation Engineer to lead automation for new or upgraded equipment across device assembly, inspection, labeling and packaging. You’ll design and review URS/FDS/HDS/SDS and support FAT, commissioning and qualification activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant automation, troubleshoot issues, and promote productivity and safety in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing process control and information systems solutions in regulated manufacturing.
• 0
• Proven experience with labeling and packaging equipment.
• Experience with Industrial PCs, PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
• Experience working in GMP/regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation activities for equipment projects on a strict timelines.
• Support NPI activities on site.
• Assist testing phases at equipment vendors and on-site with project teams.
• Ensure equipment security according to company standards.
• Deliver progress reports to Project Management and stakeholders.
• Implement company automation standards for hardware and software.
• Install monitoring tools as required.
• Contribute to data integrity assessments and backup/restore procedures.
