Job summary

Spektrum seeks experienced assurance engineers to join the NATO NCIA program. You will be part of the Chief Quality Office in the Independent Assurance Branch, Product and Service Assurance Team, focusing on independent verification and validation across multiple projects.

The role involves planning, execution, and reporting of V&V activities, coordinating with multinational teams, and providing support to external contractors and operational acceptance efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning and executing test, verification and validation in large projects.
• 5+ years testing functional, non-functional and interoperability.
• Proven experience managing external stakeholders in large projects.
• Ability to understand hardware and software system architectures.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Experience leading a testers/quality development team.
• Experience testing in virtualized and cloud environments.
• Familiar with common test tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and conducts formal reviews across complex domains and supply chains.
• Evaluates non-compliances against standards and identifies root causes.
• Produces test docs: test plans, test cases, RTM, reports.
• Provides assurance to test artefacts like RTM.
• Manages the design, planning and execution of V&V events and reporting.
• Supports projects where execution is performed by external contractors.
• Supports operational acceptance activities for the user community.
