Job summary

Flynn and Chase in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate/Manager to join its dynamic restructuring practice. You will lead financial restructuring and business recovery projects for mid-sized and large clients, gaining exposure to complex turnaround situations from day one.

You will mentor junior consultants, coordinate cash-flow analyses and turnaround strategies, and participate in client negotiations and business development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in restructuring, transaction services, or financial advisory.
• Advanced modeling and liquidity planning skills.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch speaker.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial restructuring and business recovery projects for mid-sized and large clients.
• Coordinate the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
• Serve as a key client contact, guiding negotiations and strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts through complex mandates.
• Actively support business development and contribute to pitch processes.
