Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the integrated management of civil, mechanical, electrical and road assets. You will report to the Project Director, ensuring safety, availability and quality within budget.

As a leader, you will head an asset management team, develop maintenance strategies, monitor costs and timelines, ensure compliance with laws and contracts, and contribute to KPI delivery on major infra projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO+ education and thinking level.
• At least 10 years of experience in large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with asset management strategies and multidisciplinary projects.
• Leadership experience in operational teams.
• VCA VOL.
• Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated asset management team.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for the asset portfolio.
• Monitor costs, time, quality and safety.
• Ensure all activities meet legal and contractual requirements.
• Report on progress and performance.
• Contribute to the management team and KPI delivery.
