Karl Lagerfeld is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team in Amsterdam. This role manages end-to-end accounts payable, from invoice processing to payments, vendor management, and internal controls, in a fast-paced international retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years AP experience, with M3 ERP and Medius AP Automation knowledge, and a strong understanding of P2P processes and VAT compliance. Hybrid work in Amsterdam is offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-4 years of Accounts Payable experience in international retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with M3 ERP and Medius AP Automation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the P2P process including PO lifecycle, goods receipts and invoice matching.
• Good knowledge of European VAT regulations and invoice compliance requirements.
• Experience with vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and month-end activities.

Mansioni

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently through Medius and M3.
• Validate invoice documentation and coding, allocating costs to proper dimensions and cost centers.
• Monitor invoice workflows, ensuring timely approvals and resolving exceptions.
• Maintain vendor master data and supplier records.
• Develop relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review and validate invoices against approved POs and goods receipts; investigate discrepancies.
• Support PO compliance and invoice automation improvements.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions; support month-end close.
• Assist audits with documentation and compliance.
