Fairphone 2 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to AOSP and extend the hardware lifecycle to up to 8 years. You're expected to master the AOSP complexities, maintain security and performance post traditional vendor support, and integrate Android OS on Fairphone devices.

The role offers an inclusive work environment with a mission to change the electronics industry. Applicants should have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in the Android ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the Android ecosystem.
• Expert in core Android stacks.
• Familiar with open-source development methodologies.
