Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IT and/or data analytics experience, ideally in a large Fortune 500 organization.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated IT Service Management experience with ITIL Foundation (or higher).
• Hands-on ownership of incident, problem, change, and release management processes (SLA-driven).
• Hands-on experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Technical project management and vendor management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics processes and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Co-own the roadmap review process for new features and assess incoming change requests, including impacts to integrations, architecture, security, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate releases from configuration through production, ensuring planned, controlled, and successful production deployments.
• Build and run a robust change-tracking process and manage demand against development capacity.
• Lead service and support management with our development partner and drive monthly reviews.
• Monitor performance and create action plans to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Serve as the change-control gatekeeper, prioritizing, funding, and routing work from legacy systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support to progress tech development and operational needs.

Job description

As a Sr. Analyst within the Growth and R&D Tech Capabilities team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of - Hive, as well as having a critical role in the long-term strategy and roadmap. "Hive" is our global end-to-end Innovation solution, which covers all parts of the innovation process from strategy alignment, discover & idea generation, through project lifecycle management and on to advanced analytics.

In this role, you will:

• Co-own the roadmap review process for new features - partner on prioritization and delivery decisions, while independently owning the assessment and triage of all incoming change requests, including impacts to existing integrations, architecture, security, and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate releases from configuration through production - ensure releases are planned, controlled, and executed effectively through to production release
• Build and run a robust change-tracking process - track requests end-to-end and actively manage demand against the capacity of our development partner
• Lead service & support management with our development partner - run weekly tracking and drive monthly formal reviews to keep delivery and support on track
• Monitor performance and drive action plans — track performance against agreed thresholds and create clear action plans to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Be the change-control gatekeeper — manage and control change requests coming from the legacy project management system, ensuring the right work is prioritized, funded and routed
• Provide ongoing technical support — ensure continuous progress across tech development and operational support needs

You bring a blend of technical depth, project discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, translating requirements into action, and staying organized and proactive in a rapidly evolving environment.

2-3 years of experience in IT and/or data and analytics, ideally within a large Fortune 500 organization

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline

Demonstrated IT Service Management experience, supported by an ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) and hands‑on ownership of incident, problem, change, and release management processes (including operating within SLAs and driving continual service improvement).

Hands‑on experience with workflow management tools; e.g. Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA, ServiceNow

Technical project management and vendor management experience is a must

Strong understanding of data and analytics processes, data product development methodologies, and platforms; such as, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau

Interest in and proven learning agility with emerging Agentic AI capabilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders

Ability to listen, understand and synthesize business needs and translate requirements into technical architecture, engineering, and reporting activities
