INNOVERV is seeking Senior Consultants to advise on AI-led technology strategy and enterprise transformation. You will influence executive stakeholders and shape outcomes across AI, data, and SAP S/4HANA programs.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles (Big 4 or top-tier preferred).
• Proven exposure to technology strategy, enterprise transformation, or digital advisory; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor in client engagements, facilitating workshops and executive discussions with minimal supervision.
• Develop executive-ready insights, recommendations, and roadmaps for CXOs and senior leadership.
• Represent INNOVERV in high-stakes meetings and industry forums, delivering impactful narratives.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and co-create actionable strategies.
• Lead technology-led transformation with a focus on AI-first, value-driven strategy, translating tech concepts into business outcomes.
• Develop technology strategies, operating models, and roadmaps across AI, Data, and S/4HANA landscapes.
• Understand client challenges across finance, supply chain, operations, and enterprise functions; guide process transformation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to preserve strategic intent through execution.
• Support business proposal development, thought leadership, and internal accelerators.
