Job summary

flatexDEGIRO Group is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Delivery Manager to join our AI Hub in Amsterdam. You will partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will own the delivery lifecycle from concept to production, manage dependencies, and ensure adoption. The role requires strong delivery experience, AI know-how, and the ability to align senior stakeholders across a fast-moving

As a Senior AI Solutions & Delivery Manager, you will join our growing AI Hub and play a key role in making this vision a reality. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to discover opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and turn promising AI ideas into solutions that people actually use and that deliver measurable business value.

This is not a traditional project management role where success is measured by completed tasks, timelines, or project reports.

This is what you'll do

Take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, from identifying business opportunities and defining requirements to development, production deployment, and successful adoption.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, challenge existing approaches, and identify where AI can deliver meaningful business value.

Turn AI opportunities into actionable projects with clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable success criteria.

Drive delivery across the AI Hub, business departments, IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance, ensuring everyone remains aligned and accountable.

Partner with AI engineers to assess technical feasibility, evaluate solution approaches, and navigate challenges related to LLMs, data integration, AI evaluation, and production readiness.

Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, challenge delays, and drive decisions to keep initiatives moving forward.

Ensure that AI solutions meet the necessary standards for security, governance, testing, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate testing, business acceptance, go-live preparations, and operational handover to ensure solutions are ready for real-world use.

Drive business adoption and change management, working with business owners to prepare teams, processes, and workflows for new AI capabilities.

Define and monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, ensuring that delivered solutions create the expected value beyond their initial launch.

Build strong relationships with technical teams and senior business stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and priorities clearly and transparently.

Help establish practical, repeatable AI delivery standards and ways of working that enable the AI Hub to move faster and scale its impact.

You'll bring us these skills:

We are looking for someone who combines strong delivery experience with a genuine understanding of AI and a mindset focused on getting things done. Technical knowledge matters, butownership, initiative, and the ability to turn complexity into action are what will make you successful in this role.

Proven experience in project management, delivery management, or technical program management, with a track record of bringing complex technology initiatives from concept into production and business adoption.

Practical experience delivering AI-driven solutions, ideally involving Generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, AI agents, or machine learning.

A solid understanding of AI technologies, their capabilities and limitations, and the practical challenges of bringing AI solutions into production, including evaluation, reliability, and monitoring.

Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into meaningful AI use cases, actionable requirements, and measurable outcomes.

A natural sense of ownership. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions but proactively identify what needs to happen and take action.

Confidence to challenge assumptions, question priorities, and drive decisions, even when working with senior stakeholders or without formal authority.

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and balancing business expectations with technical constraints.

A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and governance without introducing unnecessary complexity.

Experience with Agile delivery practices, iterative development, production release processes, and organizational change or adoption initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business and technical teams and explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.

Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities may change and not every answer is available from day one.

The ability to manage several initiatives independently while maintaining a strong focus on delivery, accountability, and business value.
