Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect in Customer Success Professional Services to drive enterprise AI transformation across the EMEA region.

You will bridge customer ambition with technical delivery, leading AI strategy, architecture, and governance for complex engagements. Responsibilities include defining reference architectures, leading discovery, and delivering rapid POC/MVP implementations while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of combined AI implementation, CX/CCaaS, or solution architecture experience.
• Experience with CX orchestration platforms and enterprise AI deployments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (multilingual advantage).
• Experience mentoring peers and shaping technical roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate business KPIs into technical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise, influence & drive adoption; align discovery with business KPIs.
• Surface root problems using data and evaluation outputs.
• Translate data-driven findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Design reference architectures and data flows for AI orchestration.
• Lead workshops and ensure governance, security, and compliance.
• Prototype and implement rapid POC and MVPs with AI tools.
• Integrate Genesys AI components with CRM/ERP systems.
• Measure production performance and drive continuous improvement.
