Job summary

TKH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE B.V. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional software and embedded development projects across Poland and the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, QA specialists, and Sales/Architecture/Management to ensure transparent governance and smooth delivery in a distributed environment. The role requires guiding backlog management, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering business value while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in leading software development projects with international clients.
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously and distributed teams.
• Deep practical understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders on the client side to deliver business value and resolve issues.
• Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Odoo) and AI-assisted productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, OpenAI toolset).
• Excellent self-organization with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with facilitation and communication skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Dutch and English (C1) for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software and embedded development projects (scope, timelines, budgets, risks).
• Ensure transparent project status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain project governance.
• Support backlog management and product ownership.
• Maintain direct client relationships in a multinational environment.
• Daily collaboration with teams in Poland and the Netherlands.
• Address delivery challenges across distributed teams and shifting priorities.
• Improve PM processes and tools to uphold best practices.
