Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to standardize AI services, create SDKs and templates, and enable scalable, governance-driven AI across the enterprise. You will collaborate with security, data governance, and platform teams to implement compliant AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering background with design patterns and packaging
• Experience with Azure services including networking and IAM (Entra ID)
• DevOps practices: version control, CI/CD, testing and deployment strategies
• Kubernetes reliability engineering with Observability tools
• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps and LLMOps
• Familiarity with governance, security, and scalable platform design

Responsibilities

• Drive AI standardization and innovation across platforms
• Define architecture standards and reference architectures aligned with enterprise and bank standards
• Prototype AI implementation patterns into enterprise-ready services and templates
• Collaborate across security, risk, data governance and platform teams to satisfy regulatory needs
• Build shared AI services, SDKs, accelerators, and reference implementations for ML and AI systems
• Enable developers and streamline experience across the bank for AI projects
• Develop integrations between AI services and AKS-based platforms
• Design scalable cloud-native solutions and automate CI/CD pipelines
