Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to transform best practices into scalable platform services, SDKs, templates, and governance patterns across domains. You will enable secure, compliant AI solutions in a highly regulated environment, focusing on governance, security, and scalability.

You will collaborate with security, risk, and data governance teams and shape the developer experience to reduce engineering friction while driving enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in platform engineering and AI/ML operationalization.
• Hands-on with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency with Docker and AKS for container orchestration.
• Deep governance, security-by-design, and compliance knowledge in regulated settings.
• Experience building SDKs, AI accelerators, and reusable templates.
• Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog for data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI architecture standards aligned with enterprise guidelines.
• Prototype AI implementation patterns into standardized platform services.
• Design and develop shared AI capabilities, SDKs, templates, and reference implementations.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, and data governance teams.
• Shape and implement long-term AI developer experience (DevEx).
• Drive adoption of MAAP capabilities across domains.
• Design scalable cloud-native solutions with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Develop integrations between AI services and AKS and supporting platforms.
