Gazelle Global Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to own and evolve the enterprise-grade AI platform in a sovereign environment. You will work within the Sovereign AI team, collaborating with PMs, POs and other AI engineers to scale for mission-critical workloads in Amstelveen/Eindhoven, NL.

• Several years of developing self-managed Kubernetes in production, not only AKS, EKS or GKE.
• GitOps with ArgoCD or Flux, and OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Software engineering skills: TypeScript for Backstage plugins, plus Go or Python, and API design.
• Security practice: least privilege, OIDC, network policy, supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Build the tenant portal, probably on Backstage: onboarding, tokens, limits and usage.
• Build the catalogue service and the deploy flow. A tenant selects a model and a TPM/RPM limit. The platform creates the endpoint, the gateway limits and the capacity.
• Move the platform from Azure to the sovereign hardware (H200, Ceph, 25 GbE) and keep it ready for air-gapped use.
• Maintain the GitOps chain: ArgoCD, OpenTofu, pinned and mirrored dependencies, admission policies.
• Operate gateway, identity and secrets: Envoy Gateway, Keycloak, SpiceDB, OpenBao.

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Financial Client, I am seeking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer for a position in Amstelveen/Eindhoven, Netherlands. The Senior AI Platform Engineer creates the full lifecycle management process for tools and the required infrastructure within a sovereign environment. As valued member of the Sovereign AI team in the TechHub Benelux Nordics you work together with the PM, PO, and other AI Engineers to extend the AI Platform product. You work on scalability for enterprise customers, who rely on your platform to run applications for mission critical workloads. You become part of a scrum team with very strong autonomy, and a strong drive to balance time-to-market and feature development and operations.

Mission
