Senior AI/LLM Engineer role focuses on Python-based backends, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and production-ready AI systems. Join us to own end-to-end AI solutions from prototyping through deployment.

Qualifications

• Core Requirements: Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores.
• Strong experience writing functional and integration tests for AI/LLM outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features and applications using Python.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) exposing AI capabilities.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search strategies.
• Design, test, and iterate prompts, agents, and orchestration flows using LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Integrate with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) and manage cost/latency tradeoffs.
• Evaluate model outputs with tooling and metrics for accuracy and safety.
• Work with Docker and data infra (PostgreSQL, Redis) to support production AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product needs into AI solutions.
