As a Senior AI Engineer, you design production-grade LLM workflows, evaluate with strict experiments, and ship reliable data pipelines that handle client material.

This role emphasizes control, scalability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across TypeScript, Python, Elixir, and C#.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with LLM-based systems in production (agents, RAG, orchestration)
• Hands-on work with evaluation frameworks and structured experimentation
• Solid programming skills across TypeScript and Python, with experience shipping working systems
• Experience training or fine-tuning models and managing their lifecycle
• Exposure to generative image pipelines and what it takes to make their output usable

Responsibilities

• Build LLM agents translating brand intent into precise creative direction
• Engineer prompts and orchestration for agents and generation pipelines
• Ground generation with retrieval & RAG grounded in brand rules and assets
• Evaluate with systematic measurement, A/B testing, and regression gates
• Develop data extraction, OCR, and vision pipelines for reading and tagging client material
• Automate end-to-end pipelines that operate without babysitting and require human review only for outcomes
• Fine-tune LLMs and neural networks where prompting hits its ceiling
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to deploy production-grade systems
