Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 4+ years of professional AI/ML experience.
• Strong programming abilities and solid ML fundamentals.
• Hands-on with LLMs/VLMs and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions for embedded/edge platforms.
• Independently solve complex AI engineering problems and implement them.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design of AI systems.
• Fine-tune models for specific use cases and domains.
• Develop AI agents and MCP tool integrations for workflows.
• Evaluate model performance, latency, and resource usage.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
