Job summary

Roland Berger Amsterdam is seeking an Experienced Consultant AI & Data to work at the intersection of AI, data and strategy. You will apply innovative technologies and analytical approaches across projects, delivering data-driven insights and solutions that directly impact client outcomes.

You will collaborate with teams to analyze market and operational data, develop actionable recommendations, and help to expand our AI capabilities within the office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in an analytical or technical field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience using data, modeling, technology or analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Sound knowledge of data analytics and quantitative modelling, with experience applying these to business challenges.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate data and technology into business impact.
• Experience with AI, GenAI and emerging analytical tools, including experimentation and practical application.
• Demonstrable written and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch.

• Deliver tailored analytics and insights and apply AI and data tools to solve complex business challenges
• Support client acquisition with data-driven analyses and HTML-based tools
• Develop and embed AI and data solutions across the office
• Experiment with AI, data and innovative tools and share that knowledge across teams and the company as a whole
