• Proven track record delivering transformation projects end-to-end.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and decision-making guidance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Interest in semiconductor/high-tech and willingness to work in the Eindhoven region.
