Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive impact across the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem. Based in the Eindhoven region, you will shape transformation programs spanning supply chain, engineering, and AI-enabled processes for leading clients across Europe.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes, mentor junior colleagues, and expand your expertise in technology, operations, and business strategy within a global network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (engineering, supply chain, business, or a combination).
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or industry, ideally in semiconductor/high-tech.
• Proven ownership of partial scope within a consulting project.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable with large datasets.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly.
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Interest in the semiconductor/high-tech industry.
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream.
• Develop insights from data and stakeholder input and turn them into clear, compelling recommendations.
• Support client interactions and contribute to discussions with leaders in the core value chain.
• Grow expertise in consulting, AI and technology-enabled transformations.
