Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant based in the Eindhoven region to help leading semiconductor and high-tech clients reinvent operating models and drive transformation at scale. You will combine strategy with technology, data and execution capabilities to deliver measurable impact for clients.

You will work with senior executives to shape decisions, translate strategy into practical roadmaps, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data and operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a combination.
• 2+ years of consulting experience in semiconductors/high-tech.
• Ownership of partial scope within a consulting project.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly.
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Interest in the semiconductor/high-tech industry.
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites.

• Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment.
