Job summary

Elastic Security is seeking a hands-on Consulting Architect to lead delivery of security projects from discovery to architecture design and build. You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with Services, Engineering and Sales teams.

The role is remote-first with on-site requirements varying by project, and travel up to 60% is expected. You will design security solutions (SIEM, endpoint, cloud) across diverse environments, mentor colleagues, and drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in consulting architecture or senior IT leadership within security.
• Strong experience deploying Elastic Security or comparable SIEM/EDR platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer goals, architecture, and threat landscape; translate into technical requirements.
• Design Elastic Security architectures (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) integrating with the customer ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Elastic Security projects, including migrations from legacy platforms.
• Architect and build large-scale data ingestion with Elastic Agent, Beats, and Logstash; normalize data to ECS.
• Develop detection content, dashboards, and alerting workflows aligned to threat landscape.
• Lead migrations and enablement sessions; mentor colleagues in a distributed team.
• Lead demos and proofs-of-concept showcasing Elastic Stack value; deliver enablement sessions.
