Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is looking for a proactive Security Coordinator to help build and develop the security organization for our new 80,000 m² location. The role spans security organization, systems, compliance and risk management, including CCTV, access control and audits.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, identify risks and drive practical improvements from day one, with part-time or full-time options and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• HB0 level in Safety & Security Management or similar field.
• Experience in security, facility or operational roles is a plus.
• Experience with audits, compliance and security processes is a strong plus.
• Experience with security systems and infrastructure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational security activities and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate security systems such as CCTV, detection and alarm systems, and access control.
• Translate requirements into clear processes and administration.
• Support audits and maintain security standards.
• Identify risks and report findings to the Security Manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate external security suppliers and help implement the security strategy.
• Contribute to business continuity and crisis management.
