Job summary

Optiphore B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a part-time Security Officer to manage day-to-day security for an EU-funded project. The role requires handling sensitive information, following security plans, and engaging with authorities and stakeholders.

You will work under the Managing Director, with Dutch and English language fluency and strong communication and project-management capabilities. The contract is fixed-term/part-time with a path to permanency.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be Dutch Nationals.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and in teams, to set, manage, and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for relevant authorities on security matters.
• Oversee day-to-day secure execution of the EU-funded project.
• Draft, implement and test security plans.
• Advise the executive board on security matters when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust security posture.
