Nextview Consulting in the Netherlands seeks a Scrum Master to help delivery teams collaborate and deliver value each sprint. You’ll implement the Scrum Playbook and work with Salesforce teams, Product Owner, Project Manager and architect to keep refinement and cadence on track.

With 4–7 years in IT delivery and at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, you’ll guide teams using Jira/Confluence, facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, remove blockers and report sprint health.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS implementation projects is a plus.
• PSM I or CSM certification; PSM II or SAFe is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Run the Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-up, refinement, sprint review and retrospective.
• Guard the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, ensuring stories are clear before work begins.
• Keep a healthy, prioritised backlog in Jira with Product Owners.
• Remove blockers and escalate when needed to keep momentum.
• Track velocity, sprint health, and report progress clearly in sprint reports.
• Coach team members and client colleagues on Agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on planning, scope and risks.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Scrum Master, you help our delivery teams work well together and deliver value every sprint. You make Scrum work in practice, not just on paper.

You work with one or more Salesforce teams at our clients, alongside the Product Owner, Project Manager and architect. You use the Nextview Scrum Playbook as your base, and you help us improve it.

WHAT YOU'lL BE DOING

• Run the Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-up, refinement, sprint review and retrospective.

• Help Product Owners keep a healthy, prioritised backlog in Jira.

• Work closely with the Project Manager on planning, scope and risks.
• Share what works with other Scrum Masters and help improve our Scrum Playbook.

WORK AI‑NATIVE, EVERY DAY

• Use Claude to prepare refinement sessions, check user stories against the Definition of Ready, and summarise retrospectives into concrete actions.
• Speed up sprint reports, release notes and Jira hygiene, and check the output with your own judgement.
• Help the team find where AI tools and agents can take work off their hands, and make that part of how the team works.
• Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills and ways of working with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

• 4–7 years of experience in IT delivery, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS implementation projects.
• PSM I or CSM certification. PSM II or SAFe is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• You create calm and structure, and you dare to address issues in the team.
• Strong facilitator, also with client teams and mixed groups.
• Curiosity about generative AI and the habit of using tools like Claude in your daily work, while staying critical of the output.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in the Netherlands
• A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas.
