Job summary

Realworks, the market leader in real estate IT in the Netherlands, is seeking a Scrum Master to foster an Agile mindset and guide teams in applying Scrum practices. You will coach teams, facilitate events, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methods
• Proven ability to coach teams and transfer Agile knowledge
• Experience guiding Scrum adoption and improving maturity
• Clear communicator with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and help multiple teams stay focused
• Coach Product Owners and support backlog refinement
• Identify and remove blockers to speed up value delivery
• Promote clear, collaborative communication across teams and stakeholders
