Job summary

Miniclip is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Agile Operations team in the Netherlands. You will guide Product teams in adopting Scrum and agile practices to ensure timely releases and high-quality games across platforms.

You will remove impediments, coach teams toward self-organization, facilitate events, and support the Product Owner with backlog management. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; a passion for games and a sense of humor are a plus.

Qualifications

• Academic working and thinking level.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring teams in Agile and engineering practices.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team.
• Knowledge of Agile coaching competencies: facilitation, mentoring, teaching, or coaching.
• Very good Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and the organisation in adopting and improving Scrum and Agile practices.
• Mentor teams on self-organisation and address Scrum gaps.
• Identify and remove impediments; manage product dependencies for timely releases.
• Support Product Owner with backlog management and Agile practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Model servant leadership to teams and foster development.
• Coach teams toward higher maturity and delivery of great products.
