Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Certifications in PSM I, PSM II, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Define value metrics, optimize flow, and continuously improve value delivery.
• Strengthen collaboration, improve predictability, and remove delivery impediments.
• Support individual development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building.
